This time is included in the overall lesson duration. Once the basics have been nailed on the sand, it's time to hit the water! Age: In all group lessons, participants must be at least 6 years old, and able to confidently swim 50m. The white water/ broken waves is the best environment to learn and improve quickly. You shouldn’t head for the green waves if you’re not confident with the above techniques.
