Service Description
Learn Kiteboarding in Okinawa Our lessons are for first-time riders, beginners, and intermediate riders. We adapt the lesson to your level. Price ¥25,000 per person - 1 person: 3 hours straight - 2 people: up to 4 hours All equipment and instruction are included. Time Start time: between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM maximum. Morning or afternoon sessions are available. The exact time depends on wind conditions and availability. Location We use different kiteboarding locations depending on the wind direction and conditions. The exact location will be confirmed before the lesson. Included - Kite - Bar & lines - Board - Harness - Safety equipment - Instructor - Full kiteboarding lesson Who Can Join? - First time - Beginner - Intermediate - Age: 12–55 - Maximum weight: 110 kg Wind & Booking Kiteboarding depends on suitable wind. We normally check availability 3–5 days before the lesson. Same-day and next-day requests are possible, but not guaranteed. Your online booking is a request, not a confirmation. Cancellation Policy
🌊 Tropical Surf House – Strict Cancellation Policy All bookings must be confirmed via WhatsApp after payment. The booking is only valid once you: 1. Contact us on WhatsApp to confirm your date and time. 2. Receive and complete payment through the Square invoice we send you. Once payment is completed and confirmed in WhatsApp, your booking is officially confirmed. Strict Cancellation Terms All bookings are non-refundable. Once confirmed and paid, no refund will be issued if the customer cancels for any reason. If Tropical Surf House or tropical riviera okinawa must cancel a service (for example, due to weather or other conditions beyond our control), and the service cannot be rescheduled, we will provide a full refund. Communication and confirmation must always be done through WhatsApp. This strict policy applies to all services provided by Tropical Surf House and tropical Riviera Okinawa
