Ride safely and comfortably while discovering Okinawa’s hidden gems. Rental Rates: 1 Day: ¥3,500 1 Week: ¥15,000 2 Weeks: ¥30,000 3 Weeks: ¥40,000 4 Weeks (1 Month): ¥45,000 3 Months: ¥120,000 Rental Requirements: Driver’s License: Must have a valid car A (Category B) license. International Drivers: International Driving Permit (IDP) or official license translation required. Passengers: 50cc scooters allow only the driver; passengers are not permitted. Insurance: Basic insurance is included with the rental. Helmet: One helmet included at no extra charge. Registration & Procedure: Present your valid license or IDP at pickup. Complete a simple registration form. Sign the rental agreement accepting responsibility for the scooter during your rental period. Cancellation Policy
🌊 Tropical Surf House – Strict Cancellation Policy All bookings must be confirmed via WhatsApp after payment. The booking is only valid once you: 1. Contact us on WhatsApp to confirm your date and time. 2. Receive and complete payment through the Square invoice we send you. Once payment is completed and confirmed in WhatsApp, your booking is officially confirmed. Strict Cancellation Terms All bookings are non-refundable. Once confirmed and paid, no refund will be issued if the customer cancels for any reason. If Tropical Surf House or tropical riviera okinawa must cancel a service (for example, due to weather or other conditions beyond our control), and the service cannot be rescheduled, we will provide a full refund. Communication and confirmation must always be done through WhatsApp. This strict policy applies to all services provided by Tropical Surf House and tropical Riviera Okinawa
