EQUIPMENT RENTALS Brand New & Latest Gear You’re a kiter already experienced and you like to rent kitesurf equipment, please remember that for safety reason we rent kite and board only to independent level 3 kiters . RENTAL QUALIFICATION If you don’t have a valid KITEBOARDING COURSE certificate, you can ask to make an evaluation IF CAN RIDE INDEPENDENTLY IF YOU PASS evaluation and certification from one of our instructors YOU CAN RENT If you fail the evaluation no refund will be given LESSON instead
Cancellation Policy
🌊 Tropical Surf House – Strict Cancellation Policy All bookings must be confirmed via WhatsApp after payment. The booking is only valid once you: 1. Contact us on WhatsApp to confirm your date and time. 2. Receive and complete payment through the Square invoice we send you. Once payment is completed and confirmed in WhatsApp, your booking is officially confirmed. Strict Cancellation Terms All bookings are non-refundable. Once confirmed and paid, no refund will be issued if the customer cancels for any reason. If Tropical Surf House or tropical riviera okinawa must cancel a service (for example, due to weather or other conditions beyond our control), and the service cannot be rescheduled, we will provide a full refund. Communication and confirmation must always be done through WhatsApp. This strict policy applies to all services provided by Tropical Surf House and tropical Riviera Okinawa
