Contact us on WhatsApp to confirm your date and time. 2. Receive and complete payment through the Square invoice we send you. Once payment is completed and confirmed in WhatsApp, your booking is officially confirmed. Strict Cancellation Terms All bookings are non-refundable. Once confirmed and paid, no refund will be issued if the customer cancels for any reason. If Tropical Surf House or tropical riviera okinawa must cancel a service (for example, due to weather or other conditions beyond our control), and the service cannot be rescheduled, we will provide a full refund.
