Our Discovery SUP sessions are designed for: - **First-time SUP users** - **Beginners** - **Intermediate users** **Who Can Participate:** - **Age Range:** 7 to 55 years old - **Health Requirements:** Must not have any disabilities that could affect participation - **Weight Limit:** Maximum 110 kg (242 lbs) **What’s Included:** - **Duration:** 2 hours - **Gear:** Helmet, life jacket, paddleboard, paddle - **Required Info:** Name, age, gender, body weight, body height, shoe size **Preparation:** - **Watch and Practice:** View basic SUP instructional videos to get familiar with the basics before your session. Just search for SUP fundamentals on YouTube for helpful tips. **Guidelines:** - **Weather Conditions:** SUP can be done anytime as long as the weather is good. No need to worry about tides or wind conditions. - **Stay Safe:** Follow all safety instructions and use provided equipment correctly. **Meeting Point:** - **Location:** Meet at Tropical Surf House or the designated SUP spot. We will confirm the exact meeting point before your session, so please ensure you know where to go. **Transportation:** - **Limited Availability:** If you have your own car, please use it. Otherwise, reserve your seat with us in advance. **Booking:** - **Reserve in Advance:** Book ahead and provide necessary details for smooth planning. - **Request Only:** Your online booking is a request and not a confirmation.
